Nursing Home

Hunter and I went to a nearby nursing home to do some trick-or-treating on the morning of Halloween. He wasn't too sure about all of the "elderly" sitting in the entrance, but he loved it once they started handing out candy. It was good practice for the real deal that night!

Kindergarten Fall Performance

On October 21st, the Kindergarten classes at Echo Lake performed at the monthly PTA meeting. Alex was so cute up on the stage. He knew all of the words to the songs and sang his little heart out, but he wouldn't smile to save his life. Such a serious guy!

Emily's Shower

I don't know why this is a standard shower game, but I do know it is GROSS!!! Why do we subject ourselves to this?? At least I got out of having to play it since I "dirtied" the diapers - wow that sounds disgusting!!!
The shower was a lot of fun though!!! I loved being in Michigan with my "sister". I can't wait to meet her little "Sprout"!!!

Messy Boy!

Hunter can always make a mess out of anything, but there's never a problem making a HUGE mess out of cookies! Especially when you grind it into your face on purpose! We went straight to the tub after this!!!

Goodbye, tooth! Hello, tooth-fairy!

Alex's first tooth fell out today on the way to soccer practice. He said he pulled it "just a little" and it didn't hurt, not even "zero pounds". We can't wait to find out what the tooth fairy will bring!

Firestation 16

Every year we take a tour of a local firestation with the MOMS Club. This year it was station 16. We saw a fireman dress up in all of his gear and got to climb up into a truck. We even got stickers and a coloring book! It was a ton of fun and we look forward to the next time!
