Easter Egg Hunt?

We thought we were going to an "Easter Egg Hunt" today at a nearby park. Instead, there was a ton of candy strewn around in a marked off area where the kids just picked up as much as they could. Alex loved it regardless....in fact he was kind of choosy over what candy he picked up. A lot of the chocolate had melted in the sun, but he still ended up with a basket full of sweets.

Our Big Date

Alex and I went to a Mother/Son Dance on Friday. There was dancing, dinner, and entertainment. We had a great time on our date. Alex loved that he got to wear a belt. Dinner was mac'n cheese, salad, and texas toast with a glass of Sunny-D. I loved having some one on one time with just Alex.

We really had a great time!

Alex's favorite part of the whole night was the entertainment....a juggler/magician. His favorite trick was

when he rode his unicycle while juggling 3 tennis raquets. It was so much fun!
